Your First Look at Blumhouse’s Jessabelle Has Arrived

Blumhouse closes out this summer with the chiller Jessabelle, directed by Saw series contributor/director Kevin Greutert. Today, distributor Lionsgate debuted the first photo (via Yahoo! Movies).

The trailer for the August 29th release will also come online this Thursday, so stay tuned.

Directed by Kevin Greutert, the film stars Sarah Snook, Mark Webber and Joelle Carter. After losing her fiancé in a horrific accident, Jessabelle is forced to recuperate at her father's ruined Louisiana mansion, where she discovers a strange gift from her long-dead mother, and a terrifying presence determined to destroy her.
