Last month we took a look at the top 25 sexiest vampires of all time. That was a lot of fun and got me thinking: Hey, what about the werewolves? They are, after all, my favorite monster. Christine Hofferman (Christy Cianci)/Werewolf: The Devil’s Hound (2007): Whenever you get a Goth girl in a film like this, she turns out to be a vampire, surprise, surprise! So, that is just one thing that stands out about Christine in Werewolf: The Devil’s Hound. Daring to be different in a horror film is important and at least the film gave you that.

Alice White (Amanda Ooms)/Wilderness (1996): I love an aggressive woman and Alice is breathtaking. She is a woman who gets what she wants and accepts what she is. There is a sensual component to this story that is quite different than say The Howling, and a deeper complexity that makes Alice stand out.

Clarisa Fernandez (Kitty de Hoyos)/La Loba (1965): This is the Bonnie and Clyde of werewolf movies. Clarisa is a beautiful woman who has problems (of course). Hers just happen to be that she is a werewolf. Her doctor that she sees to help find a cure is also a werewolf. Not only is she sexy but she’s practical too.

Marie Latour (Nina Foch)/Cry of the Werewolf (1944): Marie is a gypsy princess who is not afraid to draw blood in the name of love. In fact, she goes out of her way to kill when her mother’s grave is discovered. She is classy in that cool forties kind of way and would have definitely put Lawrence Talbot in his place.

Nora Sergeant (Kristin Hager)/Being Human USA (2011-2014): Nora is spunky, strong minded and a bit stubborn. She is also one of the best things about Being Human. With so few female werewolves on TV, ya gotta appreciate this one. Bonus: she likes to get it on in the break room closet at work! Just saying…

Daniela Neseri (Annik Borel)/Werewolf Woman (1976): Daniela has some issues, but she is working them out. She dreams she’s a werewolf so she goes out at night and has sex with men. Okay, that’s nice of her. Then when they have fallen asleep, she rips their throats out with her teeth. Not so nice. Like I said, she has some issues but she’s working on it. At least she looks good doing it.

The Female Werewolves of Santo vs. La Lobas: If you’ve never seen a Santo movie…hell, you are in for some madness. I couldn’t nail it down to just one. Basically, all the werewolf women have wolf women heads but their bodies are ALL women with all their sexy lady parts intact. That alone is a little surreal and a little exciting. Hmmm.

Erika Daninsky (Pilar Zorrilla)/Fury of the Wolf Man (1972): With all the Hombre Lobo films (and the inherent sex that comes with them), you would think that there would be more female werewolves, not the case. This film is an exception by having Daninsky’s sexy and promiscuous wife, Erika, become a werewolf. Nice. Beautiful, extra friendly, and a werewolf. Now that’s a combination.

Sarah (Victoria De Mare)/Werewolf in a Women's Prison (2006): What if you took the women in prison sub-genre and put a werewolf in it? What you would get is this film. I could try to describe it but the title gives you what you need. Our werewolf, Sarah, has killed one with a bottle of Vodka after being infected and finds herself in a foreign prison for the criminally insane. Sexy, open minded, and homicidal, she is fun to watch as she tries to escape, not realizing that there is a huge beast inside of her that is waiting to get out.

Stirba (Sybil Danning)/Howling II (1985): There was just something about Sybil Danning. I can’t quite put my finger on it but basically, she looked as if she would physically hurt you while kissing you and that was kinda interesting. She has a dominance and presence in Howling II that is undeniably hardcore. Though the film isn’t good on its own, you can’t help but watch her in it.

Tara Wexford (Jenna Bodnar)/Huntress: Spirit of the Night (1995): Tara is a different kind of werewolf, more internal than external. She receives the gift once she enters her ancestral home and is over taken by animalistic desires. Not a bad film and certainly beautifully shot. Be prepared for something different and don’t watch it with your parents around.

Casey Spencer (Patsy Kensit)/Full Eclipse (1993): Casey is a woman you send in to get a job done. She uses her sexuality to get what she wants and to serve the bigger picture. She is like a Bond girl but with a werewolf twist!

Ellie (Christina Ricci)/Cursed (2005): Young and strong Ellie is a girl with some baggage. She is raising her younger brother after the death of their parents. Times are tough, but become tougher once she becomes a werewolf. Things aren’t all bad though. She definitely benefits from a new found sense of style and sexual boldness. There is always an upside!

Marsha Quist (Elisabeth Brooks)/The Howling (1981): Karen isn’t necessarily a whole lot of fun to be around. But Marsha, there’s a good time. Blatantly over-sexed, she goes after what she wants and makes no apologies for it. She’ll bring home the rabbit and fry it up in a pan, and won’t ever let you forget you’re a man. Ha. She is an animal and proud of it.

Vivian (Agnus Brockner)/Blood and Chocolate (2007): It’s hard being a pretty girl that everyone wants. It’s even harder when your pursuer is a werewolf himself. She is a romantic and loyal but a real animal when it counts. Sure, it’s a werewolf-centric Twilight, but hey, what are ya gonna do?

Serafine (Julie Delpy)/An American Werewolf in Paris (1997): Serafine is a sexy French girl with some parental baggage. Hey, who doesn’t have that? She is just a girl wanting a regular life but is sure she will never find it. Julie Delpy plays the character as sympathetic and tragic. How can you not love her? I’m not saying the movie is good, just her performance.

Sonja (Natassia Malthe)/Skinwalkers (2006): Long have werewolves been associated with Bikers and rebels. I think it’s just the free spirited nature of it all. Sonja is the epitome of that. She is all American and tough as nails, the kind of mate that is all women but can back you up in a fight. How can you not love that?

Laurie (Anna Paquin)/Trick 'r Treat (2007): We all want a nice girl but when a nice girl wants to get a little crazy, we had all better watch out. Laurie is one of those girls. She seems innocent and maybe a bit proper, so what does she want with a boy? It’s always the quiet one you need to watch out for. Me, those are the ones I like. You never know what you’re in for.

Megan (Emma Cleasby)/Dog Soldiers (2007): A woman willing to help out in a jam is always attractive. What I liked about Megan is that we simply didn’t know what she had up her sleeve till it was too late. She was proud of her brood and lead them with a scorn that only women can provide. SOLD!

Elena (Laura Vandervoort)/Bitten (2014): The things we do for love. Elena was turned into a werewolf by the man she loved. So granted, she has some harsh feeling for him. That opens the door for anyone else. She’s single, and she does really neat tricks under the light of the full moon. Okay, so it’s a SyFy show based on some books that you may not have read. I’m not doing best Werewolf shows so based on sexiness, I’m gonna have to give it here. What are your thoughts?
