And a well-earned win at that. As I write this, the Golden Globes are underway and a large chunk of winners have been announced and someone from American Horror Story is taking home an award.
Jessica Lange won for “Best Performance By An Actress In A Supporting Role In A Series, Mini-Series, Or Motion Picture Made for Television.”
Lange played the aged Southern belle “Constance” on the FX series and she is arguably one of the show’s highlights. To think, in the early stages of the show’s development, her role was reportedly somewhat small until Lange came aboard; creators Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk then expanded the character’s involvement.
Hopefully, Lange is one of the “two or three actors” returning for next season.
