Film opens on Christmas day
Here’s a Russian one-sheet for The Darkest Hour. Clearly it’s going “big” as the film takes place, and was shot, in Moscow (it’s also produced by Timur Bekmambetov). The U.S. doesn’t even have poster art yet, however, a motion poster was released a few weeks back.
The film, directed by Chris Gorak, stars Emile Hirsch, Olivia Thirlby, Max Minghella, Rachael Taylor and Joel Kinnaman and opens on Christmas day. A trailer, synopsis and concept art can be found here.
