Cast, crew inform their profile followers
Shooting officially began this week on Ridley Scott’s Prometheus. You had to look no further than Facebook or Twitter – of course – to confirm that.
Aaron Parrott informed his Facebook followers that he was “at Pinewood Studios on the new Alien set.” Parrott works in visual effects. And actress Kathryn Camsey took to Twitter for: “How exciting…am on the aliens set in pinewood studios…”
As Alien Prequel News takes note, it’s interesting to see they’re all calling it an Alien film even though Scott hasn’t come straight out and connected the dots for everyone. He’s simply said, “”While ‘Alien’ was indeed the jumping off point for this project, out of the creative process evolved a new, grand mythology and universe in which this original story takes place.
Principal photography officially began Monday, although it was reported some shooting took place up in Canada.
