Brad Anderson, Leguizamo and more on the film
Brad Anderson – the director of The Machinist and Session 9 – has a new picture on the way called Vanishing on 7th Street. Details on the production have been as slim as Christian Bale’s waistline in Machinist, to say the least. A few images have popped up and we have a synopsis we’ve been referring to over and over. Well, a featurette is now online featuring interviews with the cast – like John Leguizamo – and crew, including Anderson.
Hayden Christensen and Thandie Newton also star in the film about a mysterious global blackout that causes populations to vanish. Anderson’s tale focuses on a handful of survivors who band together in a dimly-lit tavern on 7th Street, struggling to combat the apocalyptic horror.
