Killer stalks alien abductees
It’s been a while since Whitley Strieber’s name has popped up on the horror cinema scene. The author, best known for his alien abduction novel “Communion” (which was adapted into a film with Christopher Walken), also penned the story upon which the feature film Wolfen was based on. His latest, a graphic novel he conceived with Craig Spector known as “The Nye Incidents,” is now being developed as a film for Dark Castle.
At the helm is Todd Lincoln, the man attached to bring Hack/Slash to the screen for Rogue. Joel Silver, Andrew Rona, Alex Heineman, Lincoln and Dan Alter will produce. A writer has not been attached to adapt this story of Lynn Devlin, a Nye County medical examiner who’s searching for the killer of alien abductees.
Both “Nye” and “Hack/Slash” were released through Devil’s Due Publishing.
