FX company announced, shooting begins today
Drac Studios has been awarded creature FX duties on Dead of Night, the Dylan Dog feature film directed by Kevin Munroe. Headed up by Academy Award winner Greg Cannom, the company recently created the ghouls for Trailer Park of Terror, Night of the Demons and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.
Brandon Routh (Superman Returns) plays Dylan Dog, a private investigator whose cases often have him tangling in the supernatural. Currently, he’s the only known actor starring, but more casting announcements are imminent. Shooting has reportedly begun in New Orleans with a script by Joshua Oppenheimer and Thomas Dean Donnelly.
