Here is your first look at the trailer for Deadline, the Shining-esque thriller from writer-director Sean McConville. The film stars Brittany Murphy, Thora Birch, Tammy Blanchard and Marc Blucas. Murphy plays Alice, a screenwriter who travels to an abandoned house to finish a script on time, but a series of strange events lead her to a psychological breakdown. Epic Pictures holds the worldwide distribution rights but has not issued any details on Deadline‘s release.
