Kilmer, MacIsaac Warm Up to Thaw

Attempt to stop parasitic outbreak



Val Kilmer and Martha MacIsaac are joining the cast of The Thaw for director Mark A. Lewis. According to Dread Central, the latter will play student who, with her friends, attempt to stop a parasite from spreading when it is freed from a thawed out woolly mammoth. Kilmer is filling the shoes of MacIsaac’s father. Lewis’ production has targeted a June 16th principal photography start in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Anagram Pictures, Voltage and Brightlight Pictures are overseeing the production. MacIsaac recently wrapped her part in Rogue Pictures’ remake of The Last House on the Left. You may also remember attempting to give Michael Cera and awesome “blow-jay” in Superbad.
