Playing at the IFC Center, Sunset 5
IFC Films has set an April 18th New York City release date for the Willem Dafoe-starring Anamorph. The thriller will exclusively play at the IFC Center. Screenings will follow on May 2nd when it bows in Los Angeles at the Sunset 5. Directed by Henry Miller, Anamorph follows two detectives tracking a killer who re-creates the perspective-distorting “anamorphosis” – a painting technique that manipulates the laws of perspective to create two competing images on a single canvas – in a bizarre series of murders.
