Web series prepped for FEARnet
You read it here first, the online VOD service FEARnet has caught the webisode bug and is preparing an episodic prequel for J.T. Petty’s The Burrowers.
The Hollywood Reporter now adds Petty himself is directing the series which will be broken up into several three to five minute episodes. The story will follow a family living in the wilderness that eats infect dear meat and releases an “evil force.”
FEARnet will run the series in December in tandem with Petty’s live production blog. The Burrowers will hit theaters, via Lionsgate, next year.
