Reminder: L.A. Film Fest Begins This Week

Thursday is the start of the Los Angeles Film Festival. Michael Bay’s giant robots will duke it out in a special Transformers screening (Wednesday, July 27th) and Danny Boyle will attempt to reignite the sun and audience excitement with the closing night feature Sunshine. And, oh yes, there will be horror. Shock will be there to bring you the coverage as it’s made available. This year’s got a healthy cache of fright fare which begins this Friday. Here’s the lineup:
