HBO Max’s new TV and movie release schedule for June 23 to June 29, 2025, includes Match Me Abroad Season 2, Mean Girl Murders Season 3, The Invitation (2022), and The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie (2025).
On June 23, Match Me Abroad Season 2 drops on HBO Max. The reality show focuses on people who find it challenging to meet a soulmate in the USA. As a result, they seek the help of matchmakers who assist them in finding their ideal match in another country.
Also coming to the platform is Mean Girl Murders Season 3. The documentary explores the dark side of female dynamics, from close connections to toxic rivalries. Things often take an ugly turn, leading to physical and emotional violence that ruins innocent lives.
The horror action drama The Invitation (2022) is also set to premiere. It follows the story of Evie, who reconnects with a long-lost cousin after her mother’s death. She then attends a lavish wedding hosted by her new family and is charmed by the host. However, her life takes a dark turn when she uncovers disturbing secrets about the family.
Additionally, The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie premieres on the streaming platform. The animated fantasy film centers on Porky Pig and Daffy Duck as they become Earth’s unlikely heroes after discovering a secret alien mind control plot. They must save their town and the planet without losing their minds.
