Plot – what’s the story about?
Formula 1 fans are pumped up to see Brad Pitt step into a racing car, driving around the iconic tracks around the world, in this new sport movie.
Directed by Joseph Kosinski, F1 will follow the story of Sonny Hayes, a big-shot Formula 1 racer who is forced into an early retirement following a terrible accident on the tracks. When his friend Ruben, an APXGP racing team principal asks Sonny to mentor a young prodigy Joshua Pearce, he gears up to head into the sport once again, with the world witnessing his comeback. The movie will be featuring an intimate look into what goes on behind the scenes of the world-class sport, pulling inspiration from real-life events.
