What is Bad Boys 2 about?
Bad Boys 2 starts with Miami PD detectives Mike Lowrey and Marcus Burnett looking into drug trafficking of ecstasy in Miami. They go undercover at a Klan meeting, only to find out that they are buyers, not sellers. Due to a radio malfunction, the Tactical Narcotics Team from Miami Police arrives late. Mike and Marcus get into a gunfight with the Klansmen, and Marcus accidentally gets shot. The next day, they locate the Haitians, interrogate their leader, and discover from a video camera that Johnny Tapia is using a local mortuary as a cover for his illegal activities. To gather more information, the detectives pretend to be pest exterminators responding to a rat problem at Tapia’s Miami home.
