The film begins with San Francisco heiress Ursula Stanhope taking a tour of Burundi with her guide and three porters. She comes across her troublesome fiance Lyle who has hired two hunters and wants her to return home. Later, she goes to explore the mystery of White Ape and gets attacked by a lion when she encounters George, the King of the Jungle.
