What happened to Gin, Krieg, and Pearl in One Piece?
Based on the One Piece Chapter 1117 spoilers, Gin, Krieg, and Pearl were seen at Hachinosu, the Pirate Island.
The spoilers say Gin and Krieg (now with longer hair) are in the background of one of the panels, while Pearl is with a group that wants to look for treasures under the ocean. After over a thousand chapters and episodes, we finally get an update on these pirates.
We first saw the three of them during the Baratie Arc. The Krieg Pirates were the largest crew in East Blue. They were also the most feared, with the crew having thousands of pirates. At some point in time, Krieg aimed to conquer the Grand Line. But, Dracule Mihawk defeated the crew. The survivors went back to East Blue.
Sanji gave Gin a free meal, and then Gin brought the crew back to the restaurant. Krieg then decided that he wanted to take Baratie because he planned on going back to the Grand Line. He attacked, but Luffy and Sanji fought back. Additionally, Gin disobeyed orders after he was ordered to kill Sanji. Luffy eventually defeated Krieg.
Fans who have been wondering about these characters finally have their answers. Even if it’s a brief appearance, it looks like Gin telling Sanji that they will meet again on the Grand Line is closer to becoming a reality.
