Besides Hopkins, the cast of Those About to Die includes Tom Hughes as Titus Flavianus, and Sara Martins as Cala. Additionally, Dimitri Leonidas as Scorpus, Gabriella Pession as Antonia, and Jojo Macari as Domitian are also part of the cast.
