In a flashback, Uraume is curious about who Yuji is. Sukuna explains that he ate his twin in his mother’s womb and his dead twin reincarnated into Jin, Yuji’s dad.
Yuji hits Sukuna with two Black Flashes. He also cuts a pillar and throws it towards Sukuna. The narration says Yuji possesses the Blood Manipulation technique and Sukuna’s technique. Yuji holds Sukuna’s leg and tries to cut it with his technique, but Sukuna counterattacks with slashes. Yuji powers through the slashes and hits Sukuna with another Black Flash.
Sukuna notices Yuji has the same cursed technique as him, but there’s a slight difference. The slashes aren’t too strong since Yuji’s new to them, but Sukuna thinks that Yuji being able to use his technique is ridiculous. In a flashback, Ino asks Shoko, Ijichi, and Gojo for permission to use Nanami’s cursed tool.
Ino attacks Sukuna and summons a dragon. Meanwhile, Yuji prepares to attack from the back. He hits Sukuna with another Black Flash and Sukuna starts getting angry.
Sukuna finds an opening to try to punch Yuji, but Yuji grabs his arm and throws him against a wall. Yuji does another Black Flash. Sukuna grabs Yuji’s face to injure him, and Yuji hits Sukuna with another Black Flash. He starts getting infuriated with Yuji. Ino hits Sukuna with Nanami’s weapon, giving Yuji time to hit Sukuna with another Black Flash.
