Plot – what’s the story about?
Dark Matter’s story revolves around Jason Dessen, a physicist based in Chicago, who finds himself imprisoned in the body of his alternate-reality self. Jason soon finds many differences in the alternate reality, chief among them being a different wife/partner from the one he knows.
Jason then goes on a long journey back to his native reality when he realizes that his family is in danger from a dangerous enemy, that is none other than Jason or at least a version of him.
