Based on the namesake manga series written and illustrated by Kousuke Satake, The Witch and the Beast tells the story of reluctant partners Guideau and Ashaf. Guideau used to be a man once, who turned into a woman because of a witch’s curse. As for Ashaf, he is a part of the Order of Magical Resonance and travels with a casket strapped to his back. After realizing that the Order can help him find the witch, Guideau became a member and now works with Ashaf.
