Cherry Magic! Thirty Years is an adaptation of the namesake boys’ love manga series by Yuu Toyo. The full title of the workplace comedy romance anime is “Cherry Magic! Thirty Years of Virginity Can Make You a Wizard?” The plot revolves around the developing relationship between colleagues Kiyoshi Adachi and Yuichi Kurosawa. After Kiyoshi turns 30 without ever having sex, he becomes a wizard and gains the power of hearing other people’s thoughts. Because of this ability, he learns that Yuichi harbors romantic feelings for him. Thus, he musters his courage and decides to approach the other man.
