Studio Silver Link and Studio Blade co-produced the anime, using the Japanese manga series of the same name written and illustrated by Kai Ikada as the source material. The plot revolves around Tsubasa Shiki, a high schooler from Tokyo, who moves to Kitami, Hokkaido, and encounters Minami Fuyuki. Minami is a gal or gyaru and Tsubasa’s classmate at the new school. Their relationship gradually blooms as the series progresses.
