Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 episode 1 Recap
Utahime and Mei Mei investigate a haunted house where many people have checked out and disappeared. They split up to investigate one floor each, but the two get trapped in a never-ending hallway because of the cursed spirit. Mei Mei asks Utahime how she would break the barrier, and they formulate a plan to get out. Second-years Gojo, Geto, and Ieiri arrive to help them out. However, the three forgot to cast a veil, and Yaga reprimands them. Later, Gojo and Geto get into an argument over protecting the weak and non-jujutsu sorcerers.
Yaga tells Gojo and Geto about a mission requested by Tengen. Due to his Immortality cursed technique, he needs to merge with the Plasma Star Vessel every 500 years so he doesn’t stop being a human. Two groups are targeting the Plasma Star Vessel: Curse User Group Q and the Star Religious Group. Gojo and Geto have to protect the girl and make sure she reaches Tengen. While on their way to the girl, Q attacks them, and Geto manages to rescue the girl just in time. Meanwhile, the Star Religious Group hires an assassin named Zenin, but took his wife’s name and goes by Fushiguro.
