Horimiya: The Missing Pieces episode 1 Recap
Hori, Miyamura, and the others go on their class trip to Kyoto. Yoshikawa is excited because she hasn’t been to Kyoto before. Hori asks Miyamura how he’s going to bathe since the guys have to use the public bath. Miyamura says he’s prepared accordingly, but wonders if he’ll be able to enjoy the trip. Miyamura, Ishikawa, and Iura head for the public bath, but Miyamura refuses to go in. While walking back to his room, Hori offers her bathroom to Miyamura.
At school, Ayasaki gets Miyamura soaked. While Miyamura is drying up, she asks why he’s always covered up. Miyamura tells Ishikawa about it, worried that Ayasaki will find out his secret. They begin to argue over uniform preferences on girls, dragging Sengoku into the conversation. Later, Sengoku and Miyamura speak with Yasuda about trying to get out of swimming class. As a compromise, Sengoku and Miyamura have to clean the pool area.
