The show will include choreographed routines as well as gymnastics by the full roster of athletes in the show. This time around, it will star both female and male gymnasts, unlike the all-female 2021 GOAT tour. Every show will be about 110 minutes or just under 2 hours, along with a short intermission. This 2024 GOAT tour effectively follows the tradition of post-Olympic gymnastics tours in the United States.
