The highly anticipated Kirby and the Forgotten Land received a new trailer, and fans looking forward to the Nintendo Switch game can check it out now thanks to a new demo that’s on the eShop.

The newest trailer shows off more of the locations that Kirby will be visiting, as well as some of the many enemies players will encounter, including giant alligators, ferocious dogs, and more. There’s even a town that grows as Kirby saves Waddle Dees, the NPCs that look a bit like Kirby. This town is also full of mini-games and things to do like fishing and collecting figurines.
The trailer also dives into its two-player co-op mode where the second user controls a spear-wielding Bandana Waddle Dee. They can’t suck up items like Kirby, but can seemingly help out in other ways with their trusty spear. The two can even team up and do co-op version of some of the mini-games in Waddle Dee Town.

The Kirby and the Forgotten Land demo is also currently out, meaning players can get a taste of what was in the trailer. Early leaks from Japanese websites hinted at the demo releasing on March 7, but it seems as though Nintendo decided to be generous and release it on both the European and North American Nintendo eShop storefronts a little earlier than what appeared to be the initial plan. The demo itself includes three levels of Forgotten Land, as well as the first boss fight players will encounter.

Nintendo has also described the story as having players discovering “a mysterious world with abandoned structures from a past civilization.” Footage from the game hints at Kirby traversing areas like a shopping mall, parks, and much more, so perhaps the game is set in the far future with Kirby exploring past structures built by other beings.
