According to the announcement, three Hot Wheels Passes will be available when the game launches, with each unlocking a different set of special DLC content from Hot Wheels originals as well as from brands like Barbie, DC, Masters of the Universe, Street Fighter, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Aston Martin, BMW, McLaren, and more.
Hot Wheels Pass Vol. 1 will be available when the game launches later next month and will include 10 vehicles coming from brands like Barbie, DC, Street Fighter, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, as well as three customization packs and three-track builder modules. It will also include a Batman DLC expansion from DC. More information on the next two Hot Wheels Passes will be announced at a later date, according to Milestone.
Alongside the news of the Hot Wheels Passes, Hot Wheels Unleashed will also see both free and premium DLC released periodically, with Milestone noting that anything from vehicles, track builder modules, customization items, and exclusive themed expansions sets will be available. While Hot Wheels Unleashed has yet to release, it seems like the developers behind the game already have a solid plan for packing the game with as much Hot Wheels content as fans could ever want.
