Xbox Game Pass gets another huge update this month as a handful of big titles are making their way to the service. Hades is the headliner and it is coming to the service on its first day on the platform.

Microsoft announced the latest batch of games headed to the extremely popular streaming service this month, and among the many titles is one that fans have been anxiously awaiting in the form of Hades. Supergiant Games’ roguelite action dungeon crawler initially fully launched on PC and Nintendo Switch in 2020, but will now make the jump to other platforms (it’s also coming to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 on the same day). It was a well-regarded game and made many Game of the Year lists in 2020.
Elsewhere in the monthly releases, two skateboarding classics, Skate and Skate 3, are making the jump onto Xbox Game Pass, with Skate 3 arriving for Cloud gameplay and the original Skate landing on consoles. Curse of the Dead Gods is also getting a Dead Cells-themed update will be out on Game Pass this month along with games like Art of Rally, Katamari Damacy Reroll, and Lumines Remastered. Art Rally is a top-down arcade racer while the latter two are remastered versions of the first entries in their series that debuted on the PS2 and PSP, respectively.

With a handful of new games coming in, some are on there way out, too. The biggest title leaving the service is Grand Theft Auto V, which exits Xbox Game Pass on August 8. The following titles will be leaving a week later, on August 15, so make sure to play them while you still can:
