Following this brusque refusal, Murai shows up to school the following day as a different person with the ambition to win Tanaka’s love.
In June 2018, Junta Shima began digitally publishing the manga on Line Corporation’s Line Manga website, while Media Factory published it in print. The manga series ranked second in the Next Manga Awards in 2019 before ending serialization in 2022.
In April 2022, the series received a television drama adaptation, which ran for eight episodes. Finally, catering to anime fans, the series is now getting an anime adaptation.
