Tower of God chapter 619 recap: Ameuz publically dumps Traumerei
The chapter began with the rankers arriving at Traumerei’s party. Eduan continued to tell tales of his heroics when they climbed the tower. While that happened, the palace sent word to Traumerei to inform him of Zahard’s absence.
Traumerei comes out to greet his guests with Enkidu by his side. However, Traumerei sends him away so he can discuss it with the rest of the rankers, which leaves him dejected. While he walks back, Enkidu realises he will never be as close to him as the people unless he goes back in time. Since that wasn’t possible, he thinks of a way to inhabit one of their bodies. Enkidu continues to watch them, learning as much about their personalities as possible.
As the end of the party drew near, Enkidu ran to give Traumerei the flower with the ring hidden inside. However, their plans were interrupted by Ameuz, who had suddenly climbed the stage with a microphone in hand. She told them how much they had all changed, accepting complacency and giving up their title as challengers of the tower, which she didn’t like. Ameuz then announced she would leave all of them and this house and dump Traumerei.
Her announcement had brought proceedings to a close, as most guests had left, leaving only his closest friends. Enkidu tried to talk to Traumerei, who had locked himself in his room. However, Gustang arrived to talk to Traumerei, telling Enkidu to leave as he couldn’t help.
Gustang kicked the door open and started yelling at Traumerei, telling him he would be here all week. While they talked, Koon joined them and came to help comfort Traumerei now that Ameuz was leaving. Enkidu watched from afar, feeling he had no right to be with them there as he wasn’t an equal to Traumerei. After much talk, Traumerei decided he wasn’t letting her go and would be possessive and keep her by his side.
Meanwhile, Yeon Lee Rang talked with Ameuz at the banquet hall, explaining her reasons for leaving. The chapter ended with Mirchea Luslec confronting Arie Hon outside the banquet hall.
