As per the recent spoilers of the series, Oshi no Ko chapter 145 is titled “Children,” and it explores much of Tsukuyomi’s past. Moreover, the chapter sheds light on her possible connection with Ruby and Aqua. It also shows Aqua criticizing her performance of a younger him and Ruby.
The chapter starts with Tsukuyomi playing Ruby’s child. Although everyone praised her acting, Ruby believed it was too childish in the tantrum scene. She tells them she only did that because Ruby was quite silly when he was younger. Hearing her talk, Ruby wonders about having met her as a child.
Later, Tsukuyomi and Ruby act out an emotional scene like Ruby and Ai. The scene culminates with Ruby picking her up, which leads Tsukuyomi to remember a scene from her past where Sarina picks her up. The next day, Tsukuyomi plays the role of young Aqua. Ruby and Hana quickly praise her performance but tell her she is being too cute. Aqua agrees with them and tells her he was more stoic as a child.
While they discuss the scene, the moment shifts to Tsukuyomi’s flashback of Sarina as she spots an injured bird. The flashback shows Sarina trying to help the bird but is stopped by Gorou, who tells her it could be infected. They are able to help the bird escape. The bird, who turns out to be Tsukuyomi, follows them around. The scene shifts to the bird witnessing the tragic passing of Sarina and Gorou mourning.
She is snapped out of her flashback by Aqua, Ruby, and Kana, who are still discussing her acting as Aqua. Tsukuyomi apologises, telling them she couldn’t help it as Aqua and Ruby were both too cute.

Oshi No Ko chapter 144 recap
The previous chapter, titled “Fans of the Originals,” starts with Ruby criticizing Melt’s acting as Doctor Gorou. She is quick to judge the starlet’s performance, believing Taiki is a better fit for the role. However, he tells her that while he knows his acting isn’t great, he will work harder to improve.
Ruby then notices the Ai pin under Melt’s coat and asks where he got it. He tells her he got it with the costume because the doctor was a huge fan of Ai. He tells her he became a fan after a dying patient’s influence and kept the pin. Seeing Melt’s understanding of the character, she backs off, even asking him to teach her. The chapter ends with Tsukuyomi arriving.
