Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War Episode 7 Recap
Yhwach slices Yamamoto. His upper half falls to the ground as he dies. Yhwach talks about how Yamamoto has grown weak and how he changed after exterminating the Quincies. He says the Soul Society is about to perish. After that, more soldiers appear and annihilate many more from the Soul Society. Ichigo feels the others disappearing, and he finally gets out of Quilge’s jail. Ichigo goes to the dying Byakuya. Before falling unconscious, Byakuya requests Ichigo to protect the Soul Society.
Ichigo heads for Yhwach, who is impressed that he managed to get out of Quilge’s jail. The two begin a head-on battle. Eventually, Yhwach stabs Ichigo in the neck. However, Ichigo is still alive, and Yhwach is surprised to see Blut Vene on Ichigo. Yhwach concludes that the memories within Ichigo’s Spiritual Pressure awakened too early. While Ichigo was trying to escape Quilge’s jail, Ichigo’s Spiritual Pressure mixed with some of Quilge’s. Ichigo doesn’t know what Yhwach is talking about, and he’s still angry about the latest events. Eventually, time’s up for the Wandenreich, and they retreat. Meanwhile, Yhwach says he’ll come back for Ichigo.
