Individuals who have attained the title of gods hold immense power and possess frightening techniques. Other characters have worked their way up the power ladder and become renowned for their abilities.
Different characters showcase different abilities; from the gifted swordsmanship of Eris Boreas to the magical prowess of Roxy Migurdia, Mushoku Tensei is genuinely filled with enticing characters. Here are some of the strongest characters in the series who don’t possess the title of a god.
1. Perugius Dola
The Armored Dragon King, Perugius Dola, is one of the Seven Great Heroes who defeated Demon God Laplace during the Laplace Wars. His prowess is enough to declare him on a god level. However, he doesn’t receive the title. Spending his days in the floating castle Chaos Breaker, he waits for the day when Demon God Laplace will be revived again.
He is extremely skilled at Teleportation Magic and has access to teleportation circles worldwide. He uses these portals to commute from his castle to different parts of the world more easily. Perugius can also make Dragon Gates. These are terrifying as they can drain mana and battle aura. He can simply decapitate and kill an Immortal Demon with his Armored King Hand Sword.
2. Rudeus Greyrat
He is the protagonist of the show and continues to become more and more strong as the series progresses. Rudeus Greyrat is extremely good at voiceless incantation. He even mentors people and teaches them magic. His Laplace factor was quite strong, which explains his high affinity for magic.
He possesses the Foresight Eye and Clairvoyant Eye, given to him by Kishirika Kishirisu. These allow him to peek into the future and see very far, respectively. He is an Emperor level at Water magic and a Saint level at Earth, Wind, Fire, Healing, and Detoxification magic.
3. Kishirika Kishirisu
She is the Great Demon Empress of the entire Demon Continent. Kishirika is one of the strongest characters in Mushoku Tensei. She was also a member of the Immortal Demon Clan. She gave the demon eye to Rudeus.
Kishirika was so strong that she led the Demon race during the first two Human-Demon Wars. She established superiority over the human race. Even though her power isn’t appropriately discussed in the series. Kishirika’s tales are enough to give us an idea of how much of a beast she was!
4. Ruijerd Superdia
The former head of the Superd clan, Ruijerd, belongs to a race known for being aggressive. They were known warriors during the Laplace Wars. After the Teleport Incident, he took Rudeus and Eris under him and trained them.
He has undergone a vigorous amount of training, which made him the strongest Superd warrior. It is said that he is stronger than Ghislaine and is strong enough to block an attack from the Sword God Gal Farion. He can quickly locate enemies who are in blind spots with the help of his third eye.
5. Ghislaine Dedoldia
This beast woman is a very talented swordsman. She hails from the beast race. Ghislaine mentored Eris and Rudeus in swordplay. She was the student of the Sword God Gal Farion herself. Only a handful of people become the Sword King, and Ghislaine is one of them.
She masters several sword fighting styles. She also has a demon eye that grants her the ability to detect the flow of mana in people. This is very efficient, as she can predict an attack. Her enhanced senses and elementary-level fire magic also enhance her power levels overall.
