Their new comedy The Watch has yet to be released, but according to The Hollywood Reporter, that movie’s producer Shawn Levy is hoping to reunite two of the movie’s stars, Ben Stiller and Jonah Hill, for a new Hawaii-based comedy called Aloha being set up at Fox with hopes Levy will direct.
Besides working together on The Watch, Levy directed Stiller in both Night at the Museum movies–with Hill cameoing in the second one–and though the plot for the comedy is being kept secret, the script is being written by Nicholas Stoller, who directed Hill in Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Get Him to the Greek.
The decision on whether all three of the primaries will come together for this comedy will rely heavily on Stoller’s script.
