James Franco heist horror movie The Vault hits theaters and On Demand on September 1st
Does James Franco ever sleep? The actor, director, producer, rock star and pop culture gadfly always seems to have a million projects on the go (we’re particularly excited about The Disaster Artist and HBO’s The Deuce) and one of the latest ones looks particularly irresistible, a hybrid heist thriller and horror show directed by Dan Bush (The Signal). We liked The Signal lots.
The movie is called The Vault and co-stars Taryn Manning (Orange Is The New Black, 8 Mile), Francesca Eastwood (FX’s Fargo) and Scott Haze (Midnight Special). We have the trailer for your eyeballs to assess below.
The Vault synopsis: Two estranged sisters are forced to rob a bank in order to save their brother. The heist begins smoothly, but mayhem ensues when the defiant bank manager sends them to a basement-level vault—home to something truly evil.
It’s Franco in mustache-mode, folks! Unleashing evil! Yes! Tell us what you think of The Vault trailer in the comments below!
