In development for some time under the alternate title, Old Timers, the crime comedy Stand Up Guys has landed a trio of talent. The Hollywood Reporter brings word that Alan Arkin, Al Pacino and Christopher Walken are all attached to star.
From screenwriter Noah Haidle, Stand Up Guys tells the story of two aging hitmen who, tasked with eliminating one of their best friends, decide to spend a final night on the town before making the decision about what to do.
Fisher Stevens, known for directing the Academy Award-winning documentary The Cove, is attached to helm and production is slated to begin this April in Los Angeles.
