CS sits down with director Luke Scott and his Morgan cast
In theaters this Friday is Morgan, a new science fiction thriller from 20th Century Fox and director Luke Scott. Scott, the son of Ridley Scott, makes his feature film directorial debut with the project which follows a corporate troubleshooter (Kate Mara) sent to a remote, top-secret location, where she is to investigate and evaluate a terrifying accident caused by a mysterious experiment known only as Morgan (Anya Taylor-Joy).

Luke Scott joined some of his Morgan cast in sitting down with ComingSoon.net for a behind-the-scenes look at what the new film has to offer audiences. He discusses the importance of not only designing an interesting sci-fi creature in Morgan itself but the necessity of designing an original environment suited to the narrative. Anya Taylor-Joy and Kate Mara, meanwhile, discuss working alongside an ensemble cast and about the surprisingly lighthearted mood the Morgan cast shared during production.
The Morgan cast also includes Toby Jones (Captain America: The First Avenger, Infamous), Rose Leslie (Game of Thrones, The Last Witch Hunter), Boyd Holbrook (Gone Girl, Milk), Michelle Yeoh (Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, Sunshine), Jennifer Jason Leigh (The Hateful Eight, The Machinist) and Paul Giamatti (Sideways, Straight Outta Compton).
