As their prison-set revenge film Vendetta gears up for a Friday release, the filmmaking sibling pair Jen & Sylvia Soska (American Mary) have announced Plastic, a developing new project based on a novel by Frank Strausser.
In the novel from the author and playwight, “A celebrated Beverly Hills plastic surgeon risks everything to uncover the truth behind a crime, the disfigurement of an international pop star.”
A newly created Facebook page for the film revealed the plans, but the twins are mum on more details. In addition to this Friday’s WWE Studios-produced Vendetta, the Soskas have made a name for themselves as a productive team in the years since debut Dead Hooker in a Trunk, with the likes of last year’s See No Evil 2, their ABCs Of Death 2 segment, multiple Women in Horror Blood Drive shorts and of course, the acclaimed American Mary.
