Kathy Bates, who joined the fold with Coven, will return again for American Horror Story‘s fifth season, apparently running the titular Hotel.
American Horror Story co-creator Ryan Murphy announced the return on Twitter. Bates joins season star Lady Gaga, as well as Wes Bentley, Matt Bomer, Cheyenne Jackson and Chloe Sevigny. American Horror Story: Hotel will shoot this summer for an October premiere. Further details on plot, setting (well, specific hotel) and time period are as yet unavailable.
