Rooney Mara is set for her next project after David Fincher’s The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo with a project called Emanuel and the Truth About Fishes. The Playlist broke news of the film, which will reunite Mara with Tanner Hall director Francesca Gregorini.
The film is said to focus on a young girl (presumably Emanuel) and her obsession with a new neighbor’s neighbor’s resemblance to her dead mother.
Mara, who also recently appeared in The Social Network and the reboot of A Nightmare on Elm Street, should begin production on Emanuel this summer.
