In 2013, we will (hopefully) get a dose of arachnid terror in MegaSpider – the latest film from director Mike Mendez (The Convent, Gravedancers). The film has been in post-production over the last few months (hey, bringing a giant spider to life is a tough task), but we hear it’s nearing the finish line and, today, Mendez, let loose with a new image featuring the creature itself.
Starring Greg Grunberg, Lombardo Boyar, Clare Kramer and Ray Wise, the film concerns a giant, mutated spider that attacks Los Angeles and the two exterminators (Grunberg, Boyar) that join forces with the military to take the threat on.
