Our man Silas Lesnick is in Las Vegas right now at the annual Licensing International Expo and he’s snapping off pics left and right of many the various promo items studios are rolling out. These are not for titles you’ll see this summer, instead, the focus is on films coming later this year, 2012 and beyond.
One of the banners he spotted there was touting R.I.P.D., the supernatural action thriller starring Jeff Bridges and Ryan Reynolds. Based on the Dark Horse comic book of the same name which focuses on the “Rest In Peace Department” where a murdered cop comes back from the dead to find his killer.
Robert Schwentke will direct.
