Anthony Stewart Head, known to “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” purists as the Watcher named Giles, confirmed via his official site he’s locked for the rock horror musical’s leading role. He’ll play Nathan – father by day, Repo Man by night. This means Head is going to be working closely with Alexa Vega who’s co-starring as Shilo, Nathan’s daughter.
The actor’s singing chops were put to the test when “Buffy” creator Joss Whedon took a leap with a musical episode in the series’ sixth season.
In other casting news, Bousman stated in his MySpace blog that Sarah Brightman is now lending her talents to the already impressive cast.
