One of my favorite ghost stories involves Nicole Kidman and she pops out of my closet and goes, “Booga, booga, booga!” She’s all pale and white and it is terrifyi… Wait, that was a nightmare I had… The actual Kidman fright flick I enjoyed was The Others, it had some legitimate scares in it, at least for me. Now it seems Nic is heading back into the scary genre with a remake of a Columbian horror called Al final del espectro.
Original helmer Juan Felipe Orozco is back to direct the remake of which Kidman is expected to star and will also produce. Plan is for Kidman to play a woman who, after a tragedy, is encouraged by her father to take refuge in a fancy apartment building. She becomes a shut-in, and begins to see a ghost.
Kidman’s next scary film is just around the corner as she stars in the alien invasino feature The Invasion on August 17th. She will also be seen this year in Margot at the Wedding and The Golden Compass.
