It has been a busy week for reboot news and, on this week’s Most Craved, we’re taking a look at three major stories!
On Wednesday, we got our first look at Chronicle director Josh Trank’s take on Marvel’s Fantastic Four with the debut of the film’s teaser trailer. The new version, starring Miles Teller, Kate Mara, Michael B. Jordan and Jamie Bell, is taking a realistic approach to the fantastic and there have been some vocal fans both for and against the “Ultimate Fantastic Four”-inspired tone. Will it ultimately help or hurt the adaptation?
Next, we finally learned the names of the four actresses that are going to lead Paul Feig’s Ghostbusters. Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones will be strapping on some proton packs for the July 22, 2016 release! Will these four characters match up at all to those played by Bill Murray, Harold Ramis, Dan Aykroyd and Ernie Hudson or will we be seeing four different Ghostbusters?
This week also gave us the rumor that Guardians of the Galaxy and Jurassic World star Chris Pratt may be set to accept Harrison Ford’s fedora as a new Indiana Jones! Is he the right man for the job or should the franchise take a break?
