Watch a New Clip and TV Spot from Kingsman: The Secret Service

With just one month left go before the comic book adaptation hits the big screen, 20th Century Fox has debuted, via IGN, a new clip from director Matthew Vaughn’s Kingsman: The Secret Service. In it, Academy Award winner Colin Firth shows Taron Egerton some high-tech (not to mention quite fashionable) tools of the trade. Check it out in the first player below with a newly debuted TV spot just beneath.

Based upon the 2012 Icon Comics miniseries Kingsman: The Secret Service tells the story of a super-secret spy organization that recruits an unrefined but promising street kid into the agency’s ultra-competitive training program just as a global threat emerges from a twisted tech genius.

The original miniseries, released as just “The Secret Service,” was written by Mark Millar (“The Ultimates,” “Kick-Ass”) and features artwork by Dave Gibbons (“Watchmen”). It ran for six issues, subsequently collected into a single volume.

The film also stars Academy Award winner Michael Caine (The Dark KnightThe Cider House Rules) alongside Academy Award nominee Samuel L. Jackson (Pulp FictionDjango Unchained), Mark Strong (Tinker Tailer Soldier SpySherlock Holmes) and relative newcomers Sofia Boutella (Street Dance 2Monsters: Dark Continent) and Sophie Cookson (“Moonfleet,” Unknown Heart).

Scripted by Vaughn and Jane Goldman (Kick-AssX-Men: First Class), Kingsman: The Secret Service hits the big screen February 13, 2015.
