A Digital, 4K UHD, and Blu-ray release date for Neon’s Longlegs has been announced.
Longlegs was released in United States theaters in July 2024. Directed by Osgood Perkins, the indie hit horror movie stars Maika Monroe, Nicolas Cage, Blair Underwood, and more.
When is Longlegs being released on Digital, 4K UHD, and Blu-ray?
Per Bloody Disgusting, Longlegs will be available to rent or purchase on digital streaming outlets tomorrow, August 23, 2024.
The film will then be released on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD on September 24, 2024. The physical media release comes with a number of bonus features, including on-set interviews with the cast and crew and feature commentary with Perkins.
“FBI Agent Lee Harker is assigned to an unsolved serial killer case that takes unexpected turns, revealing evidence of the occult. Harker discovers a personal connection to the killer and must stop him before he strikes again,” the synopsis for Longlegs reads.
Longlegs proved to be a huge financial hit, as it marked the best opening weekend for a Neon movie and the biggest total for an original 2024 horror film. It made approximately $72.9 million in the United States and Canada, while its worldwide gross is at an estimated $100 million.

The cast of the movie also includes Alicia Witt, Michelle Choi-Lee, Dakota Daulby, Kiernan Shipka, and Jason Day.
The script was written by Perkins, who previously made 2015’s The Blackcoat’s Daughter, 2016’s I Am the Pretty Thing That Lives in the House, and 2020’s Gretel & Hansel. Perkins is now working on The Monkey, which is an adaptation of a Stephen King short story published in 1980. Releasing in February 2025, The Monkey stars Theo James, Tatiana Maslany, Elijah Wood, Colin O’Brien, Rohan Campbell, and Sarah Levy.
