My Wife Has No Emotion episode 5, “A Wife’s Kiss is Powerful,” begins with Mina watching a couple on television. The man narrates how a kiss from his wife energizes him. Learning this, Mina comically wakes Takuma up with a powerful kiss.
However, Takuma does not realize that Mina kissed him and thinks she hit him. Later, he explains that one must kiss with minimal pressure. To help Mina understand, he demonstrates it by kissing her on her cheek. However, Takuma is upset to know that Mina’s porcelain skin does not allow her to feel any sensation on her face.
Later, Super Mina arrives at the Kosugi residence, and Takuma discovers that Mina was already aware of her arrival. Super Mina offers a few surprise gifts from Rihito’s mother to thank Takuma and Mina for playing with Rihito at the beach.
The gifts contain a catalog for Mina, with one of the offers being upgrading Mina. Takuma politely rejects the gift but Mina tears it apart, claiming half of it. As such, she places an order without revealing its content. Mina explains she wants to surprise Takuma after her surprise on his birthday went wrong.
